Using our Agile and Lean mindset we know that we must bring in small, incremental, specific changes on a regular cadence and adapt to what happens when those small changes are implemented. This perspective, explained by the KAIZEN approach in the Toyota Production System (aka Lean), allows us to always be ready to take the next step (whatever that step is).
