Dahm shares a story from his own journey as a Scrum Master. When Dahm started, he felt comfortable being a facilitator, which is an important skillset for Scrum Masters. However, that’s not enough. When reflecting on that story, Dahm understood that as a facilitator he was missing a critical aspect for the team to succeed: he wanted to facilitate Scrum, but the team was not ready for that.
